[Çözüldü] Ofis 2021 Exchange hata alıyorum

Bu login hatası ile ilgili bir duruma benziyor, aşağıdaki kontrolleri deneyebilirsin;

- Make sure your Windows system and Microsoft apps are updated to the latest versions. Sometimes, outdated software can cause compatibility or performance issues. You can check for updates in the Settings app on your PC or the Help menu of your Microsoft apps.

- Check your internet connection and make sure it is stable and fast enough. Sometimes, poor or intermittent connectivity can interfere with the signing in or syncing of your Microsoft account. You can try switching to a different Wi-Fi network or using cellular data if possible.

- Check your firewall and antivirus settings and make sure they are not blocking the Microsoft apps from accessing the internet. Sometimes, these security programs can prevent some apps from connecting to the internet due to false positives or strict rules. You can try disabling them temporarily or adding exceptions for the Microsoft apps in their settings.

- Reset the Microsoft apps through the Settings app on your PC. This can help resolve any glitches or errors that might be preventing you from logging in. To do this, go to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features and select the Microsoft app you want to reset. Then, click on Advanced Options and click on Reset. This will delete the app's data and restore it to its default state.

- Disconnect and reconnect your work or school account on your PC. This can help refresh your credentials and permissions for your Microsoft account. To do this, go to Settings > Accounts > Access Work or School and select your account, click on Disconnect, and then open OneDrive and log back in.
