Windows 2008 Server Enterprise versiyonunda IIS 7.0 geliyor. .Net Framework 'ün kurulamadığı hakkında bir bilgi aldım doğrumudur. Eğer kurulamıyor ise 2003 server lisansı almak zorunda kalacağım.

bilgi yanlıştır. IIS 7.0 kullanabilirsiniz.
Core kurulumu yaparsanız eğer , ASP.NET hazır değildir. (*ASP.NET is not available with Server Core installation option in any edition)

bu arada W2008 ENT lisansına sahipseniz, Downgrade Rights (Alt sürüm) hakkından yararlanarak ücretsiz olarak W2003 ENT kullanabilirsiniz.
Yeni bir lisans almanıza gerek yoktur.

Windows Server 2008 Downgrade Rights
Microsoft grants the rights to use any prior version of Windows Server 2008, regardless of which channel was used to acquire the license. Windows Server 2008 licenses can be downgraded to use or access older versions of the corresponding licenses as outlined below.
Use the chart below to view available downgrade options. Locate the Windows Server 2008 product in the left column, then read horizontally for available downgrade options for that product:

Teşekkür ederim bilgilendirdiğiniz için bende tam sizin cevap yazdığınız esnada diğer pc ye 2008 üzerine .net kurmayı çözmeye çalışıyordum.
