ping ip adresi -t yapın kopma olduğunda timeout alıyormusunuz kontrol edin

İlginiz için teşekkürler. ancak şöyle bir durum var. bağlantı kopması uzun süreli olmuyor. 2-3 saniye içinde tekrar bağlanıyor. yani ping atmaya fırsat kalmadan yeniden erişime açılıyor. Keza sunucu üzerinde çalışan sitelere olan erişim devam ediyor. Sadece rdp bağlantısı kopup tekrar bağlanıyor.

dediğiniz gibi ping yaptım sonuçlar aşağıdaki gibi: % 7 civarında kayıp oluştu. neredeyse her 15 talepte 1 zaman aşımı oluştu.

Merhaba,

Server 2012 R2 yüklü sunucuma rdp ile bağlandığımda sürekli olarak bağlantı kopmaları yaşamaya başladım. Daha öncede active directory kullanmıyordum. Bu sunucuda active directory kullanarak kurulum yaptım. Acaba bağlantı kopmaları bundan dolayı mıdır? yoksa başka bir sebepten dolayı mıdır? RDP üzerinden işlem yaparken neredeyse her 30 saniyede bir bu durum oluşuyor.

Aldığım hata şu şekildedir:

Yeniden Bağlanılıyor.

Bağlantı kayboldu. Oturuma yeniden bağlanılmaya çalışılıyor...

ping ın hata verıyor dogru ıp adresı ıle baglanmaya calıstıgınıza emınmısınız?

            /release

           /renew yapıp gercek ıp adresnızı kontrol edın daha sonra bu ıp adresı ıle baglanmaya calıısın

Sorun yazılımsal gibi gözükmüyor, hem kendi ethernet girişinizi hem de  sunucu taraflı ethernet girişini bi kontrol eder misiniz. Ayrıca aynı ağda farklı bir cihaza RDP yapıp durumu izleyerek farklı yorumlar ortaya çıkartabilirsiniz.

Yazıyı 3 yıl önce yazmışsınız. şimdi benim başıma da geldi. sorunu çözebilmiş miydiniz?

benim de sunucum 10 dk da bir 5-10 saniye kesiliyor.  tekrar bağlanıyor. 

işin ilginci aynı dsl hattında 2 farklı server var. modemden iki server için ayrı portlar tanımladım.

diğerinde problem yok.

Selam Öncelikle mmümkünse sunuculara fisiksel olarak erişin (klavye mouse monitör ) sonra iç ve dış adreslere ping atın 

time out sürelerine bakın özellikle iç ping'de 10-15ms geçiyorsa hatlarda sorun var demektir 

daha sonra başka pc üzerinden sunucuya ping atın son olarakta aynı pc başka pc ping atın böylece sorun ağdamı sunucu kaynaklımı filtre etmiş olursunuz

sın olarak event log incelemekte fayda var belki hata , uyarı olabilir

driver güncelleyerek test ettiniz mi ?

driver güncel ise, lokalden internet veya farklı bir host tarafını pinglediğinizde, paket kaybı yaşıyor musunuz ?

ek olarak ilgili host üzerinde kullandığını bir güvenlik çözümü var ise, devre dışı bırakarak test edin. bkz. av,epp vb.

Sorunu buldum. 

Server 'ın olduğu yerde sadece 2 Sunucu vardı. Bir de network Diski

Modem Zyxel 192.168.1.33 'ten başlıyordu.

Sunucu 01    192.168.1.25    (Sabit)

Sunucu 03    192.168.1.35   (Sabit)   (Sorunlu olan)

Sunucu03  ilo olarak 192.168.1.35 adresini almış. daha önce dikkat etmemiştim.

Yani bilgisayar kendisi ile ip çakışması yaşamış.

otomatik yaptığım anda 192.168.1.36 adresini aldı.

şu an sorun yok.
