terminal sunucuda hata bazı kullanıcılar bağlanıyor bazıları bağlanamıyor

hocam lisans 10 kişilik var yüklü de görünüyor ama aşağıdaki hataları veriyor işte. certificate de bir sorun var o yüklü değil diyor ve birde the remoteAPP program is empty.

hocam öncelikle ek bilgi olarak vereyim.

sistemimizde 2 ad server vardı. 1 sprsvr ve eskisrv var. iki serverda da terminal lisansı bulunmakta sprsvr 2008r2 , eskisvr de2003.

biz sekisrv yi 2008r2 ye migration yapıp kaldırdık ortamdan. yeni serv de terminal lisansa ihtiyac olmadığı için remote bağlantıyı aktif edip sadece 2 kişi bağlanacak şekilde ayarladık.

bu işlemlerden 2 hafta sonra bu sorunu yaşamaya başladık. 

arkadaşlar konuyla ilgili bilgisi olan yok mudur acaba hala sorun devam etmektedir.

Bence senin TS lisansin yuklenmemis ? Bir kontrol et.

microsoft ile kontrol ettim yüklenmiş görünüyor.

hocam başka arkadaşalar isim çözümleme ile ilgili sorun olabilir dediler nslookup yaptığımda şu şekilde bir sonuç aldım

Problemin cozuldumu bilmiyorum ama.

10.0.0.110 dns in kurulu oldugu server bu ipyi pingleyebiliyormusun ? Birde bu serveri isimden pinglermisin.

bu problemi bende yaşıyorum ama şöyleki makinayı restart edip ilk açıldığında remote yapmak istediğimde böyle bir hata alıyorum
