file server mangerdan mail atma

Merhaba

Windows 2008 r2 ortamıjnda file server manager ile kullanıcıların belirtilen klasöre müzik dosyalrını ve uygulamlarını atmasını engelledim

ve atmak isteyen olursada mail atması için ayarladım. fakat mail atmıyor.  mail ayarları doğru logları incelediğimde aşşağıdaki hatayı alıyorum
