replication sorunu

Arkadaşlar kolay gelsin bir 2003 serverım var domain olarak kurulu üzerinde 2003 exchange yuklu
her ihtimale karsı bir add yapayım dedim başlangıçta herşey yolunda gibi a.d. gelmiş replication da sorun yok
dns gelmiş a.d. objeleri gelmiş.. sorun yok .sonradan fark ettimki sysvol oluşmamış içi boş ve aşagıdaki hatayı vermiş 
ayrıca xp lerde dns server olarak 1. domaincont. olmasına karşın domainden düşüyorlar
sürekli domaine tekrar sokmam lazım ve outlook larda hata veriyor
ne yapmalıyım teşekkurler

 [1] FRS can not correctly resolve the DNS name venus.nilufer.yerel from this computer.
 [2] FRS is not running on venus.nilufer.yerel.
 [3] The topology information in the Active Directory for this replica has not yet
replicated to all the Domain Controllers.
 
 This event log message will appear once per connection, After the problem is fixed
 you will see another event log message indicating that the connection has been
established.
