Belirttiğiniz Update (6 Eki 2008) tarihli. Fakat içerisinde Service Pack'le ilgili herhangi birşey yazmıyor. Siz indirip bir deneyin. Olmadığı Taktirde HP Türkiye ile görüşün.

İE'yi açın.

Tools >  Manage Add-Ons > Enable or Disable Add-Ons kısmında Terminal Services ActiveX Control'un enable olup olmadığını kontrol edermisiniz.
