Has a list that includes many of Phorms servers, look for oix and webwise in that list...

or use a FireWall to prevent your computer from accessing their NetBlock, 91.205.220.0/22

It may be possible to do this in your router otherwise you will have to install Firewall software on your computer. I am sorry, I use Ubuntu Linux so have no recommendations for Windows. I am using iptables within Linux to block such access. If you wish I can explain.
