Kurulumlar bittikten sonra storefronta web arayuzunden ulaşmaya çalıştığım zaman şöyle bir hata alıyırum, (Win2012R2)
"cannot complete your request"
Event id 2 / 7 / 1 bu hata hakkında bir fikri olan yada daha önce karsılaşmış olan varmı ?
kurulum aşamasında hata aldığım herhangi bir nokta yok herşey güzel gözüküyor...

Storefront rolunuz DDC serverla aynı serverda mı kurulu yoksa farklı bir servera mı kurdunuz? Eğer farkli bir servera kurduysanız storefront serverin DDC servera erişebildigini kontrol etmelisniz. Storefront serverin kurulu oldugu server da regional ayarları English United States olmalı eger değilse serveri sysprep yapıp tekrardan sotreforont kurmanızı öneririm. Baglantınız HTTP ise HTTPS cevirmenizi öneririm. Eğer storefront da sorun devam ediyorsa sistemin çalışması için Web Interface kurulumu yapıp ordan devam edebilirsiniz XenApp 7.5 Web interface destegi bulunmakta.Arka planda storefront testlerini yapabilirsiniz.

Bu sorunlar çoğunlukla dil ayarlarından kaynaklanmakta. Regional setting English (United states) olmalı. Kaldi ki bunuda yaptıgını bildirmişin. Citrix Scout ile bir CDF Trace yaparak oradan birşey çıkabilir denemeni öneririm hocam. Web interface aynen dediğin gibi XenApp 7.5 ile destek tekrardan geldi. XenApp 6.5 ISO sundan web interface kurup siteleri olusturduktan sonra DDC makinani ekle hocam yapın çalışacaktır.

Öncelikle sorun devam ediyor mu ?
Bu durum genellikle test ortamında "Storafront'un DDC ile birlikte kullanıldığı" durumlarda olmakta. Öncelikli olarak DNS üzerindeki kayıtlarınızda Reverse looukup'ta ddc ve wi için tanımların çözümlenebildiğini kontrol etmek gerekir.
Akabinde service account verilmişse storefront için , bu service account ile studio'nun açılmaması da şart.
Bu 2 durumu kontrol edip bilgi verebilir misin ?

Merhaba
Sorun çözüldü aynı kurulmu başka makinada gerçekleştirdik sonuç yine aynıydı test ortamı değil storefont ve DDC farklı makinalarda.
storefront kurduğumuz makinalar yeni kurulmuştu ancak updated makinalardı. Update yapmadan aynı kurulumu yaptık şuan bir sıkıntımız yok.
