To import your Personal Address Book to a contacts folder, you need to first determine if your Personal Address Book is part of your Outlook profile:

1. On the Tools menu, click Services, and then click the Services tab.
   
2. If you see Personal Address Book in the list, then your Personal Address Book is part of your Outlook profile. If you do not see Personal Address Book in the list, then your Personal Address Book is not part of your Outlook profile.

If your Personal Address Book is in your Outlook profile, use the following steps to import your Personal Address Book to a contacts folder:

1. On the File menu, click Import and Export.
   
2. In the Import/Export Wizard, click Import from another program or file, and then click Next.
   
3. In the Import a file dialog box, click Personal Address Book, and then click Next.
   
4. In the next Import a File dialog box, under Select a destination, browse through the folders to the new folder that you created, and then click Next.
   
5. Click to select the The following actions will be performed check box, and then click Finish.
   
   You Personal Address Book is now imported.

If the Personal Address Book is not in your Outlook profile, use the following steps to import your Personal Address Book to a contacts folder:

1. On the File menu, click Import and Export.
   
2. In the Import/Export Wizard, click Import from another program or file, and then click Next.
   
3. In the Import a file dialog box, click Personal Address Book, and then click Next.
   
4. In the File to Import box, type the location for your Personal Address Book or click Browse to search for it.
   
5. Click your Personal Address Book to import it to your Contacts folder, click OK, and then click Next.
   
6. In the Import a file dialog box, under Select a destination, browse through the folders to the new folder that you created, and then click Next.
   
7. Click to select the The following actions will be performed check box, and then click Finish.
   
   You Personal Address Book is now imported.

ne yazıkki olmadı kişi listesini dışarıya çıkaramıyorum.Bu kişi listesini diğer kişilerin de görebileceği şekilde nasıl yapılandırabilirim.Yada bu kişi listesini adres defteri şeklinde nasıl ayarlayabilirim (dosya uzantısı .wab olacak şekilde)

mümin hocamın dediği gibi export import yolunu kullanabilirsin ama aynı anda güncellemen hakkında bi fikrim yok. alman gereken kişilerin bulundugu makinede (ör: sekreterin makinesinde) kişiler sekmesindeyken dosya menüsü altında import export diye bir bölüm var oradan kişileri dışarıya pst olarak atacaksın ve pstyi eklemek istediğin makinelerin hepsine eklemelisin.
