Exchange 2010 'da service pack 1 var mı?

evet var hocam dogrulamak için görebileceğimiz bir yer var ise kontrol edebilirim 

SP1 vardır muhtemelen yoksa -InstantMessagingServerName parametresine izin vermez. Peki aşağıda ki komutu koşturup kontrol eder misiniz instantmessagingservername parametresine karşılık lync pool ismi gözüküyor mu

kurulumla ilgili bir sorun yok hocam dokumanda anlatıln sekilde yapıyorum 

ama kişi listesi alınamıyor seklinde bir mesaj çıkıyor owada 

Tam olarak aldığın hata aşağıdaki gibi mi?

"Instant Messaging isn't available right now.The Contact List will appear when the servce becomes available."

Evet bunun türkçesi sadece 

OWA'yi ilk kullanımda dili türkçe seçmiştim sanırım 

Trusted Application pool name'ni nasıl tanımladın? Pool name'i exchange server'ın FQDN olması gerekir.
