Please ensure you are running the most current Rapid Release definitions which can be acquired here: http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/rapidrelease.download.html
Then
reboot into safe mode and run a full scan on the infected machine. If
infection continues to persist please contact Symantec Technical
Support for assistance with identifying/submitting potential new
variants. http://www.symantec.com/enterprise/support/contact_techsupp_static.jsp
