Sunucumuzda bugün akşam mavi ekran hatası aldık parity check /memort parity error die araştırdığımda pci serr# bölümünü biostan disable yapıldığında çözüm olduğu söylenmiş fakat o bölümü bulamadım ramleri tek tek denedim sorum devem etti işlemcileri tek tek denedim yine sorıun çözülmedi DL 380 G6

Bu konuda HPE tarafında aşağıdaki gibi yayınlanmış bir advisory var. Bu adımları deneyebilirsiniz. Eğer SATA AHCI Controller kullanılmıyorsa kapatabilirsiniz. Tabi sorunun doğru teşhisi ve aksiyon için iLO arayüzünde Integrateded Management Log (IML) loglarının incelenmesinde fayda var.

NMI:Parity Check/MemoryParity Error
During shutdown of HP ProLiant ML310e Gen8 v2 or HP ProLiant DL320e Gen8 v2 server configured with Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1, Windows 7 64-bit, or Windows 7 SP1 64-bit, the following error message is displayed.
"Hardware malfunction, Call your hardware vendor for support; NMI:Parity Check/MemoryParity Error. The system has halted"

Cause
This issue occurs on servers configured with a chipset from the Intel 8 Series/C220 Series chipset family :
◦ Intel(R) 8 Series/C220 Series SATA AHCI Controller - 8C02
◦ Intel(R) 8 Series SATA AHCI Controller - 8C03
This problem occurs because the AHCI controller is accessed after it has been disabled during the shutdown process.
As a workaroud edit the registry to disable the power down of the AHCI controller during the shutdown process.
Warning: Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly by using Registry Editor or by using another method. These problems might require that you reinstall the operating system. The registry values provided in this article are vendor and device specific and do not apply to other brands or models of AHCI controllers.
To resolve the problem, edit the registry to disable the power down of the AHCI controller during the shutdown process.
1. Start Registry Editor by running regedit.exe
2. Locate and then select the following subkey in the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\PCI\Parameters
3. Create a new REG_BINARY value.
For Intel(R) 8 Series/C220 Series SATA AHCI Controller - 8C02:
REG_BINARY value name: 80868c02
Hexadecimal value data: 00,00,00,40,00,00,00,00
For Intel(R) 8 Series SATA AHCI Controller - 8C03:
REG_BINARY value name:80868c03
Hexadecimal value data: 00,00,00,40,00,00,00,00
4.Exit Registry Editor.
Note: HP Server models affected by this issue may change.
