resimde göstermiş gayet güzel takıp kullanıyor

 özellikle 80c nin destek verdiği modemden aldım Huwai E353 modem

niye olmuyo anlamıyorum  

Fortinet e mesaj atmıştım nasıl bağlayabilrim diye şu mesajı yollamışlar

ama yine yapamadım

Dear Customer,



Thank you for contacting Fortinet support.



Please follow the given steps, when modem is connected. And mention the model number of modem.



1. The given command will given you correct vendor id and product id



#fnsysctl cat /proc/bus/usb/devices





2.You will need to create a custom 3G modem profile like as given below

config system 3g-modem custom

edit 1

set vendor "ZTE"

set vendor-id 12d1

set product-id 1003

next

end





3. To set APN name you will need to specify the correct extra-init string:



config system modem

set status enable

set auto-dial enable

set phone1 "*99#"

set extra-init1 "AT+CGDCONT=1,\"IP\",\"emb.ne.jp\""

end



The extra-init string may change if you change service provider. To obtain the correct init string, you



will need to query the modem:



A-FUK-STN # diag sys mod com

Serial port: /dev/ttyusb0

Press Ctrl+W to exit.

AT+CGDCONT?

+CGDCONT: 1,"IP","emb.ne.jp","0.0.0.0",0,0



OK



Then format the response of the AT+CGDCONT? command as similar to what's already demonstrated above.



Once this is done. You will need to restart fortigate device and check.



For debug logs you can use the following commands:



#diagnose debug enable

#diagnose debug app ppp 255

#diagnose debug app modem 255



And no static route and policies are required to connect the modem. Also provide us with following output:



get system status
