Sonucu incelediğimde DNS üzerinde autodiscover kaydınızın olmadığını görüyorum. Domain panelinizden ve local DNS serverınız üzerinden gerekli kayıtları açmanız gerekiyor

Biz bu yapıda Doruknet'in ADSL Mail hizmetini kullanıyoruz. Doruknet paneli üzerinden ve local server üzerinden SRV (autodiscover) kayıtlarımızı oluşturduk. Bu işlemi şu şekilde yaptık;

Doruknet tarafında _autodiscover._tcp.domin.com.tr olarak bir SRV kaydı ve autodiscover.domain.com.tr olarak da bir (A) kaydı girişi yaptık.

Local Server üzerinde de aynı tanımlamaları gerçekleştirdik.

Ancak henüz bir sonuç elde edemedik durum hala aynı.

ssl sertifikalarınızda da problem olduğunu görüyorum. mail.domain.com ve autodiscover.domain.com adresleri için ssl sertifikalarınız mevcut mu. sertifikaları tanımladıktan sonra tekrar testi çalıştırın ve fail verenler üzerinden inceleyelim.

Tekrar merhaba dediğiniz gibi sertifika yrnilemesi yaptım ve ActiveSync testi başaıyla geçti ancak ActiveSync Aotudiscover testi hala fail veriyor. Bu testin sonuçları aşağıdaki gibi;

IIS'i incelediğimde autodiscover adında bir virtual directory göremedim ve autodiscover.xml dosyasıda bulamadım server'da acaba bundan dolayı bu test başarısız oluyor olabilir mi?

Bir de bu autodiscover.xml dosyası'nın içeriği nasıl olmalı?

Son olarak şunu da ifade edeyim sertifika ynilemesinden sonra cep telefonlarındaki mail akışı düzeldi ancak Outlook'a şirket dışındaki bir bilgisayara kurulum yaparken ayarları otomatik olarak yapmıyor. Hatta bir kulanıcı var onun kurulumunu yapamıyor. Şu an son durum böyle.
