Exchange 2013 Outlook Bağlantı Hatası

Birkaç sebep söyleyebilirim. En barizi DNS sorunu veya Exchange yeniden kurmuş olabilirsiniz. Veya AD üzerindeki kullanıcıyı silip aynı isimle yeniden oluşturmuş olabilirsiniz ki bu da farklı bir SID oluşmasına neden olmuştur ve bunu bulamadığından hata alıyor olabilirsiniz.

Hata kaynağında mevcut kullanıcı için aut. hatası veriyor yukarıda saydıklarım bunların başında gelmektedir. 

Sanmıyorum. Çünkü DC ve Exchange'i yeniden kurdum. Exchange 2013'i ilk kurduğumda sorun yoktu ama transport servisi çalışmadığından ve çözümü cu update olduğundan vede cu update yapmadığından yeniden kurdum. Ben sorunu şu şekilde çözdüm.

Yeni profil oluşturduğumda ileri dediğim zaman direk olarak exchange bağlantısı yok diyor. bende email server bölümüne dc yazdım. ve direk olarak gördü. ama bu seferde açılırken ost eşitlenemedi dedi. bu seferde exchange uzak bağlantı ayarlarını manuel olarak yaptım. Şu an sorunsuz çalışıyor. Bu sorunu düzeltmek için çok araştırma yaptım. Ama en son microsoftun sitesinde de böyle çözüm olduğunu görünce böyle çalışmasına karar verdim. Verdiğiniz cevap için tşk.

Yukarıda bahsetmiş olduğunuz hata benim sistemimde mevcut durumda. Ancak ben kullanıcıyı Exchange 2013 tarafındaki user silip tekrar oluşturdum. ( Administrator )

Not: Bu user üzerinden tüm işlemleri yapabilmekteyim.

Http üzerinden ECP modülüne user ve password girdiğimde Security Loglarında aşağıdaki hatayı almaktayım.

Bu hatayı nasıl düzeltebilirim.

This event is generated when a logon request fails. It is generated on the computer where access was attempted.

The Subject fields indicate the account on the local system which requested the logon. This is most commonly a service such as the Server service, or a local process such as Winlogon.exe or Services.exe.

The Logon Type field indicates the kind of logon that was requested. The most common types are 2 (interactive) and 3 (network).

The Process Information fields indicate which account and process on the system requested the logon.

The Network Information fields indicate where a remote logon request originated. Workstation name is not always available and may be left blank in some cases.

The authentication information fields provide detailed information about this specific logon request.
    - Transited services indicate which intermediate services have participated in this logon request.
    - Package name indicates which sub-protocol was used among the NTLM protocols.
    - Key length indicates the length of the generated session key. This will be 0 if no session key was requested.
