Exchange 2013 Public Folder erişim hatası

Exchange console uzerinden public folder klasorlerine erisimde asagıdaki hatayı almaktayım.

Kullanıcı
makinelerindeki outlook 2013 lerdede bu hatayı almadan once public
folder klasorlerini acmaya calıstıgımda klasor goruntulenemiyor hatasını
almaktaydım.
