Sunucun spam mail yolluyor...

 Sistemim bu şekilde. 

Adsl üzerinde statik ip var.  SBS 2003 kullanıyorum. Bir firmadan smarthost hizmetim var. Maillerimi smtp relay yapıp pop3 connector ile maillerimi çekiyorum. Bu yapıyı ortalama 3 yıldır sorunsuz kullanıyorum. fakat bugün için mail yollayamamaya başladım. Sonra smarthost firmasından spam mail yolladığım için servisimin durdurulduğunu öğrendim. Bu durumdan nasıl kurtulabilirim.. Exchange ne gibi ayarlar yapmalıyım yardımcı olursanız sevinirim.  

SMTP portu olarak 587 kullanıyorum  

  Smarthost firmasının bana gönderdiği mail bu şekilde 

"trustedhosts kayıtlarında iki adet IP adresi tanımlatmış olduğunuzdan, bu IP'lerden gelen mail gönderimleri loglanmamıştır. Mesajlar, alıcının amazon hesaplarını çalmaya yönelik ingilizce mesajlardır.

Aşağıda bir örneğini bulabilirsiniz.trusted hosts kayıtlarına eklettiğiniz iki IP adresi silindiğinde, spam gönderimi de kendiliğinden durdu.

benimde başıma gelmişti , ticari yazılım ile gönderdiğimiz maillerde yaşamıştık bu sorunu , smarthost firması bu sıkıntımızı gideremedi ve bizde ilgili yazılımı kullanmamıştık. sorun çözülecek olursa bende tekrar ticari yazılımımı kullanmak isterim. ) relay dan kaynaklanmış olabilir diye düşünüyorum. sizden habersiz göndermek isteyen bir takım yazılımlar olabilir ve smarthost firewall tarafından bunlar yakalanmış sizi tehdit olarak görmüş olabilir. bu tarz uygulamanız varmı ?

Relay izinlerim var. Sizin bahsettiğiniz gibi bir uygulamam yok. Günlük giden trafiğim ortalama 60-70 tane mail şeklinde. Yoğun bir mail trafiğim yok. Firewall olarak SBS üzerinde  gelen isa server kullanıyorum. Relay izinleri olarak ne yapabilirim. 

bu makaleyi incelemenizi önerebilirim. relay kullanıcı olarak da izin verilebilir ama açık olması bu tarz sorunlara sebeb olur diye düşünmekteyim.

Öncelikle sisteminizi virus taramasından geçirin. Mail şifrelerini değiştirin,karışık şifreler verin.

Anti-spam çözümü olarak gelen ve giden tarama yapabilen bir anti-spam programı kullanın
