Ofis dışında çalışan bir kullanıcının ilk outlook yapılandırmasını yaparken Exchange Mail Sunucu adresini external adres yazmama rağmen internal adrese geçiş yapıyor ve haliyle bağlantı sağlayamıyor. Neden bu şekilde oluyor?

Problemi tam anlayadamadım ama DNS sunucu ayarlarınızdan kaynaklı olabilir.DNS kayıtlarınızı kontrol ettinizmi ?
Exchange hesabını dışarıdaki bir kullanıcının outlook'una kurarken mail server adresine external adresini yazıyoruz.(bu adres çözümlenebiliyor) lakin kullanıcı adını doğrula dediğimizde kullanıcı adı ve şifresini giriyoruz sonrasında external adres bilgilerini yazıdğımız yerde local server adresi geliyor.
exchange için outlook üzerinde herhangi bir proxy ayarı giriyormusunuz ?

The EXCH provider section is missing from the Autodiscover response.
aslında olan doğal bir durum. iç sunucu adresiniz ile dışarıdan erişim isimleri farklı ise zaten mail server sunucu adresi olarak iç adresinizi girmelisiniz. burda işlemi yapan yalnızca rpc/http ayarında girdiğiniz https:// den sonraki kısımdır.
haliyle bağlanamıyor derken tam olarak sorununuz nedir açabilirmisiniz? sürekli şifremi soruyor, hiç sunucu bulanamadımı diyor vs.
