 Bende ki sorun hala devam etmekte ve hatam şu şekilde.

Initialization failed

The following error occurred when getting management role assignment information for 'troya.local/Users/Administrator":

Processing data for a remote command failed with the following error message: The WinRM client cannot complete the operation within the time specifed.

Check if the machine name is valid and is reachable over the network and firewal exception for Windows Remote management service is enabled. For moreinformation, see the about_Remote_Troubleshoting Help topic. 

Shelli açabiliyorum. Organization Management grubuna dahil ettiğim anda management console açılmıyor. Gruprtan çıkartınca açılıyor fakat haliyle sadece görüntüleyebiliyor değişiklik yapamıyorum. 

Exchange sunucuya Outlook kurulumu? Kuruluysa profil tanımılımı? Eğer evetse profili kaldırın. Outlook'u uninstall edin. Deneyin.
