Açıklama:
A non-delivery report with a status code of 5.4.0 was generated for recipient rfc822;[email protected] (Message-ID  <[email protected]>). 
Causes: This message indicates a DNS problem or an IP address configuration problem 
Solution: Check the DNS using nslookup or dnsq. Verify the IP address is in IPv4 literal format.

 

Arkadaşlar Bu şekilde Olay görütüleyicinden 15 sn  yede hata veriyor nedeni ne olabilir yardımcı olurmusunuz.Bunla alakası varmı bilmiyorum Exchange server 2003 de mail alabiliyoruz fakat mail yollayamıyoruz bir alakası varmıdır?

DNS'iniz düzgün çalışıyor mu?

 

A 540 SMTP error usually means Exchange can't find a mail connector record for the domain you're sending to.

nslookup
set type=mx
then type the domain you're sending to and press enter. This should resolve to the domain name. If that doesn't resolve, we can check further.

Try this...

Open "Exchange system manager"-->Expand "Servers", right click <Server
Name>-->"Properties"

 Click Diagnostics Logging  tab, click "MSExchangeTransport", in the
right panel, set all Categories logging level to none.

 Open regedit, navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\

CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeTransport\Di­agnostics\Categorizer

The DWORD Value of "Categorizer" should be 0

Open the properties of the Default SMTP Virtual Server.
On the Access tab, click Relay.
Click Only the list below, click Add, and then add the hosts that need to use this SMTP host to send email. On the dialog box that appears, you have the following options:
Single
computer: Specify one particular host that you want to relay off of
this server. If you click the DNS Lookup button, you can lookup an IP
address of a specific host.
Group of computers: Specify a base IP
address for the computers that you want to relay. You have to specify
the octets in the IP address for hosts that you will allow to relay.
For example: If the IP address is 192.68.7.21, and you want any hosts
with the first two octets 192.68 to relay, specify 255.255.0.0 for the
subnet mask.
Domain: Select all of the computers in a domain by
domain name that will openly relay. This option adds processing
overhead, and might reduce the SMTP service performance because it
includes reverse DNS lookups on all IP addresses that try to relay to
verify their domain name

Verify that the "Allow all computers
which successfully authenticate to relay, regardless of list above"
check box is selected. This setting allows you to deny access to all
users who do not authenticate. Any remote POP and IMAP users accessing
this server will authenticate to send
mail. If you do not have users who access this server through POP or
IMAP, you can clear this check box to prevent relaying entirely,
thereby increasing security.
