Exchange 2003 restarttan sonra başlamadı.

Arkadaşlar çok acil yardımınıza ihtiyacım var. Excahnge server, makineyi restarttan sonra çalışmadı. Logları aşağıya kopyaladım. Exchange servicelerini restart etmeye çalıştım olmadı. Serveri tekrar restart ettim ytine olmadı. Çok berbat bir durum.
