COM Surrogate çalışmayı durdurdu hatası !!!

merhaba arkadaşlar pc 2 sene oldu ancak  aldığım günden beri 6 7 defa format attım ancak en son format attığımdan beri sürekli COM Surrogate çalışmayı durdurdu hatası alıyorum ve bu durum canımı sıktı.nasıl düzeltebilirm.başka çözüm yollarınada baktım ancak sorun devam ediyor.
bende nero 8 yüklü .bu arada sp1 yüklemedim .
sorun raporumda bu yazıyor.
bu sorunu nasıl çözebilirm yardımlarınızı bekliyorum .
