Mail security mail engellemesi

Merhaba, exchange 2007 ve SMS 6.5 kullanıyoruz. SMS aktif haldeyken owa'dan bir mail'e girmek istediğimizde "Posta kutunuzu kullanmaya çalışırken bir sorun oluştu. Lütfen kuruluşunuzdaki teknik desteğe başvurun." diye bir hata çıkıyor. Kullanıcılara da mail gitmiyor. SMS servisini kapatıyorum sorun düzeliyor. Mail server'ın application loglarında aşağıdaki hatalar var.

Perform a LiveUpdate to retrieve the latest virus defintions.
