Merhaba arkadaşlar schedule oluşturarak aldığım yedekte sabah aşağıdaki hata ile karşılaştım yardımlarınızı bekliyroum ..

 Yedek almak istediğiniz makinanın VSS servisini kontrol edermisiniz? 

Sadece agentlerin kurulu olduğu makinalarda microsoft shadow copy ve volume shadow copy servisleri manuel durumda ve çalışmıyor. ama backup exec yüklü makinada bu servisler start durumda.

Servisi restart edip daha sonra yeni bir job oluşturup tekrar denermisiniz?

Merhaba arkadaşlar. serveri restart ettiğimde vss servisleri başarılı bir şekilde çalıştı  symantec agentı yeniden kurmam gerekti. şu an sorun yok teşekkürler..
